Photograph from a Japanese aircraft of Pearl Harbor including Battleship Row USS West Virginia at the beginning of the attack. The explosion in the center is a torpedo strike on the
The attack on Pearl Harbor (or Hawaii Operation, Operation Z, as it was called by the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters) was an unannounced military strike conducted by the Japanese navy against the United States' naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on the morning of Sunday, December 7, 1941 (Hawaiian time, December 8 by Japan Standard Time), which resulted in the United States becoming militarily involved in World War II. It was intended as a preventive action to keep the U.S. Pacific Fleet from influencing the war the Empire of Japan was planning to wage in Southeast Asia against Britain, the Netherlands, and the United States. The attack consisted of two aerial attack waves totaling 353 aircraft, launched from six Japanese aircraft carriers.
The attack sank four U.S. Navy battleships (two of which were raised and returned to service later in the war) and damaged four more. The Japanese also sank or damaged three cruisers, three destroyers, and one minelayer, destroyed 188 aircraft, and caused personnel losses of 2,402 killed and 1,282 wounded. The power station, shipyard, maintenance, and fuel and torpedo storage facilities, as well as the submarine piers and headquarters building (also home of the intelligence section) were not hit. Japanese losses were minimal, with 29 aircraft and five midget submarines lost, and 65 servicemen killed or wounded. One Japanese sailor was captured.
The attack was a major engagement of World War II. It took place before a formal declaration of war by Japan and before the last part of a 14-part message had been delivered to the State Department in Washington, D.C. The Japanese Embassy in Washington had been instructed to deliver it immediately prior to the scheduled time of the attack in Hawaii. The attack, and especially the surprise nature of it, were both factors in changing U.S. public opinion from an isolationist position to support for direct participation in the war. Germany's prompt declaration of war, unforced by any treaty commitment to Japan, quickly brought the United States into the European Theater as well. Despite numerous historical precedents of unannounced military action, the lack of any formal declaration prior to the attack led President Franklin D. Roosevelt to proclaim "December 7th, 1941 — a date which will live in infamy".

Bloomberg & Lautenberg team up to violate the second & fourteeth amendments -- (S. 1317, H.R. 2159 in the House), which would allow the Attorney General to stop watchlisted people from buying guns through NICS. Well if Britain is no longer an independent country, that should also mean that their embassies need to go

At midnight last night, the United Kingdom ceased to be a sovereign state
We woke up in a different country today. Alright, it doesn’t look very different. The trees still seem black against the winter sun; the motorways continue to jam inexplicably; commuters carry on avoiding eye contact. But Britain is no longer a sovereign nation. At midnight last night, we ceased to be an independent state, bound by international treaties to other independent states, and became instead a subordinate unit within a European state.
Yes, a European state. Take a quick dekko at the definition set out in Article One of the1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States: “The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: (a) a permanent population; (b) a defined territory; (c) government; and (d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.”
Source:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If England can no longer " ... enter into relations with the other states.” then there is NO reason they or any other country of the EU should have independent nation status diplomats in America, just like none of the states of America get individual seats/embassies any where else, just one under the USA.
Toss these embassies out and off our shores.
If europe wants diplomats here then only those within the rules of the EU.
BYE BYE England, Italy, Germany, France, etc. etc. etc. !
You are NOR LONGER a NATION(s) of the world but, now just a mere state(s), pack your bags and head home.
Its rather interesting that no one else thought about it....or a least mentioned that fact....
Go home states of Europe you no longer have the rights to make treaties with other Nations without approval/permission from your new nanny mommy/daddy/big brother NNWO/EU bullies.

If human activities could change climate, why not change it on purpose, to suit us better? From 1945 into the 1970s, much effort went into studies of weather modification. American entrepreneurs tried cloud-seeding to enhance local rainfall, Russian scientists offered fabulous schemes of planetary engineering, and military agencies secretly explored “climatological warfare.” |

NEWS ABOUT OUR NATION'S BIGGEST BUSINESS: WAR
USA is no longer an industrialized power - WAR is its specialty!
AirAmerica.com | The Secret Life of Drones (VIDEO)
Monday December 7, 2009 4:59 a.m.
The White House has made a large, public presentation to the American people on the War in Afghanistan. Operation Cobra's Anger, as the current offensive tactic is named, is already underway. But amid the Administration's public stance on that war, an escalating secret war in Pakistan is mostly going without comment.
The New York Times reports that the CIA plans to increase the number of drone attacks used in Pakistan and since the CIA not part of our military, this is technically not an expansion of the Afghanistan War nor is it grounds for politicians to openly address.
But its not just the CIA who is taking part in the drone bombing campaign. Jeremy Scahill of the Nation reports that a secret part of the military called the US Joint Special Ops Command is working with infamous military contractor Blackwater to carry out their mission.
Here to discuss the matter publicly with Rachel is New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, Princeton's Melissa Harris-Lacewell, and NY Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner.

Clinton: Important to capture or kill bin Laden
WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says it's important to capture or kill Osama bin Laden and other leaders of al-Qaida.
Clinton made the comments aired Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press."
A high priority was placed on capturing bin Laden after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in this country. But there was less talk about capturing the al-Qaida leader as the years dragged on. Bin Laden is believed to be living on the Pakistan side of the border with Afghanistan.
Clinton says the fight against terrorists can make "enormous progress" even without his capture.
The Great Game: U.S., NATO War In Afghanistan - Fifty or more countries in a single war theater
The combined U.S. and NATO forces would represent a staggering number, in excess of 150,000 soldiers. By way of comparison, as of September of this year there were approximately 120,000 U.S. troops in Iraq and only a small handful of other nations' personnel, those assigned to the NATO Training Mission - Iraq, remaining with them.
"Secretary Gates has made clear that the conflicts we're in should be at the very forefront of our agenda. He wants to make sure we're not giving up capabilities needed now for those needed for some unknown future conflict. He wants to make sure the Pentagon is truly on war footing....For the first time in decades, the political and economic stars are aligned for a fundamental overhaul of the way the Pentagon does business." ....

U.S. of Egg
I was cooking breakfast on November 23, 2009 when my son Elias looked in my plate and said "Dad your egg looks like America." Sure enough, the egg looks a lot like the U.S., complete with Rocky Mountains (comprised of the yolk). Maine, Florida and Texas are also clearly visible. Some people even see the Mississippi River. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did (Yum!)
